All American Modular supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  When a 3 year old family member was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2007 and almost lost their life to this disease, All American Modular decided to donate a portion of all sales to JDRF to help researchers find a cure.  Type 1 (Juvenile) diabetes is an autoimmune disease that destroys the insulin producing cells of the pancreas.  This disease often strikes young children causing them to get several shots of insulin each day and several finger pricks to test their blood sugar.  No child should have to live with this disease and that is why All American Modular is dedicated to finding a cure.  If you would like to learn more about JDRF please visit their web site at www.jdrf.org .  Below is a message from Michael who has type 1 diabetes and also a video about his struggle with this disease.
